Refund policy

Return of goods
1. You can return or exchange the goods within two weeks, but the goods must remain the same as when you received them. If there is a product issue, we will free of charge help you return or exchange the goods. If it is due to your personal factors, we are very sorry to inform you that you need to bear the transportation costs for both ways; you also need to provide the receipt or purchase voucher.
2. The warranty period is one year. We offer one-year warranty service for IWAFO products.

If your return application is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and inform you of how to and where to send the package. Goods that are returned directly without prior application for return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
After receiving the goods, please carefully inspect them. If you find any defects, damages or receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. 
Exceptional cases / Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Regrettably, we do not offer return or exchange services for promotional items or gift cards. 


Communication; Exchange
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the items you already have. Once the return application is approved, you can purchase new items separately. 


Refund
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and complete the refund operation.
